Filters and dries: the accumulator / filter drier acts as a filter, removing moisture and contaminants from the air conditioning system — contaminants that flushing cannot remove.
Desiccant absorption: a desiccant bag absorbs moisture from the system; a leaking or "open" system can saturate the bag within a few hours, making the unit ineffective.
Leak-free build: quality welds for a durable, leak-free design plus high-quality desiccant for appropriate absorption.
