Answers to the questions we are asked most. If you need anything else, email [email protected].
Do you ship internationally?
No. Part Eazy ships within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are processed within 1 business day. Standard ground delivery with UPS, FedEx, or USPS then takes 2 to 7 business days. All delivery times are estimates.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders ship by standard ground service with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the package weight and your delivery address.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track My Order link in the footer and enter your order number and the email address used on the order.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. A Return Authorization is required before sending anything back, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How do I request a return?
Complete the form on the How to Request a Return page. Once your return is authorized we send you the correct return address — please do not ship a part back before it is authorized.
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Use the Part Finder at the top of the page: select your vehicle and it shows only the parts that fit it. Product pages also list the vehicles each part fits.
Can I search by part number?
Yes. You can search by either an OEM or an aftermarket part number. Product pages also list interchange and cross-reference numbers, so a number from another brand will find the matching part.
How do I contact Part Eazy?
Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Many parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Where one applies, the terms are shown on the Warranty tab of that product’s page.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Standard parcels can ship to a P.O. box, but oversized, heavy, and freight items cannot — those require a physical street address for delivery.
Are there restrictions on batteries or other hazardous items?
Yes. Hazardous-materials items such as batteries, airbags, and certain chemicals or aerosols ship by ground transport only, and can be subject to additional carrier handling requirements.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?
Delivery to remote areas including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be limited, or subject to additional charges on certain oversized or freight items.
