Four Seasons 198501 A/C compressor for the 2022-2024 Land Rover Defender 110 and other vehicles pressurizes refrigerant and moves it through the air conditioning system. It is built to OE-level specifications and comes new with its clutch.

Warm air from the vents, a clutch that will not engage or a noise from the compressor can mean it is failing, though low refrigerant, a fuse or a relay can produce the same symptoms. Before replacing it, look over the compressor, drive belt and fittings with the engine off for oil residue or damage. A shop can test pressures and clutch operation.
