Keep oil moving freely while trapping contaminants with the aFe Power oil filter 44-LF001, a PROGUARD filter built for the flow and efficiency that performance applications demand. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2003-2008 GMC C4500 Topkick V8-6.6L / V8-8.1L, 2001-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD V8-6.6L and 2007-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD V8-6.6L, and it is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. aFe Power calls PROGUARD the next generation of oil filter technology, pairing increased flow with filtration efficiency.
- High flow rate: designed to keep oil moving freely while protecting the engine.
- Filtration with flow: intended to deliver strong filtration without giving up oil flow.
- NF21 synthetic media: uses aFe's NF21 synthetic media for engine protection.
- Heavy-duty construction: built for strength and designed for easy installation.
As the engine oil filter, it helps strain dirt, metal particles and other debris out of the oil as it circulates, so cleaner oil reaches the engine's moving parts. Oil filters are normally changed along with the oil at the interval in the vehicle's service schedule.
The listed applications use one filter. Country of origin: China. aFe Power covers this filter with a 90-day limited warranty.
