It bolts to the bottom of the block to hold the oil reservoir the pump draws from, and it drops in as a Taurus oil pan and Ford Windstar oil pan replacement across the 1991-2001 Ford Taurus, 1991-1999 Mercury Sable, 1992-1994 Ford Tempo, 1992-1994 Mercury Topaz, 1995-2000 Ford Windstar and 1996-1999 Ford Sable, all with the V6-3.0L engine.

Steel construction: a durable steel pan built to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Baffled: internal baffling helps control oil movement to keep the pickup submerged during hard cornering and braking.
Drain plug included: ships with a drain plug in an M14 x 1-1/2 thread size.
Windage tray not included: no windage tray is supplied with this pan.
