This left-side mount installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2008-2015 Smart Fortwo, and is cataloged for both automatic and manual transmission applications. It supports the transmission and dampens vibration, isolating the powertrain from the chassis so shifts and accelerator inputs stay smooth.
