Description

Help dampen driveline vibration and support the transmission with the Anchor Transmission Mount 2847. This is the left-side mount, and it fits many vehicles, among them the 1995-1999 Dodge Neon, 1995-1996 Dodge Stratus, and 1995-1999 Plymouth Neon (see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list and engine-level details). It helps support and locate the transmission while isolating and dampening the vibration that would otherwise reach the chassis.

Purpose-built rubber: uses natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages.
Engineered to OE standards: developed with a CAD/CAM process for consistent quality, with rubber manufactured to specific durometer (hardness) values matched to the vehicle application.
Strong bond: a Chemlock® bonding agent creates a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Quality hardware: any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts.

Signs a mount may need replacing include a clunk on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, and added vibration at idle from cracked or separated rubber.
