Suspension Shock Absorber

• Precision-tuned shock absorber delivers superior ride control. Is an OES magnetic shock for your vehicle S3 Cabriolet (8V). The magnetically controlled shock from Arnott provides the same highly adaptive ride as the OE. The monotube damper is filled with magnetorheological fluid which is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil that contains easily magnetized iron particles. The two electromagnetic coils inside the damper instantly change the bonds between the magnetized iron particles altering the viscosity and stiffness of the suspension when turned on. Arnott's universal magnetic ride shock connects to the vehicles ECU with no modifications.
