Description

Help maintain controlled damping at the rear of your Mercedes-Benz with the Arnott Industries Rear Shock Absorber SK-3218 (also written SK3218). This Arnott-designed shock fits the right or left rear of 4MATIC and RWD Mercedes-Benz SUVs equipped with Airmatic and without ADS (Adaptive Damping System), and it is a direct-fit replacement for many vehicles, among them the 2006-2013 Mercedes-Benz R350, 2007-2009 Mercedes-Benz R320 and 2006-2008 Mercedes-Benz R500. Custom-valved twin-tube damper: road-tested valving tuned to deliver a great ride that adapts to the driver's style.
Included components: a polyurethane bump stop, top and bottom mounts, and a protective dust boot.
Designed & assembled in the USA with detailed installation instructions available.
Replace in pairs: for best results, Arnott recommends installing both rear shocks together.

A worn rear suspension shock absorber can show up as excessive bounce, body float over bumps, or reduced ride control; if a failed damper is the cause, this unit replaces it. Sold individually, and replacing both rear shocks together is recommended.
