Designed to turn every steering-wheel input into power-assisted wheel movement, the Atlantic Automotive Engineering (AAE) Rack and Pinion 3375N is a new hydraulic power steering unit and a direct-fit replacement for the 2007-2009 Lexus RX350, 2004-2006 Lexus RX330 and 2004-2007 Toyota Highlander. Inspected and tested in the USA: Each unit is 100% inspected and hydraulically tested in the USA to verify proper operation and fitment.
Supplied with inner tie rods: The rack comes with inner tie rods and new bellows. OE stainless steel clamps secure the bellows, which help keep dirt and debris out and guard against premature failure.
Heat-treated bar: The upgraded bar is heat treated to help prevent premature failure.
No core charge: AAE new power steering racks are sold without a core charge.
AAE engineers its racks so that performance, fit and function equal or surpass OE specifications. Steering problems should be diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. Signs this part may need replacing include:
power steering fluid leaking at the rack or its boots
heavy or uneven steering effort
excessive play or wander in the steering
clunking felt through the wheel while turning
If a failed rack is the cause, this unit replaces it.
