Atlantic Automotive Engineering Rack and Pinion Assembly P/N:ER1206
Atlantic Automotive Engineering ER1006 rack and pinion for the 2013-2014 Ford Escape is a remanufactured electric power steering rack that turns steering input into wheel movement.
Heavy or uneven steering effort, a steering warning light or a knock when turning can mean the rack is worn. Worn tie rod ends, a weak battery or charging fault, uneven tire wear or an alignment problem can produce similar signs, so find the cause before you buy a replacement.
This rack is a direct-fit replacement for the 2013-2014 Ford Escape, and the car takes one.
One rack and pinion with inner tie rods. Outer tie rods and mounting hardware are not included; the old fasteners may not be reusable, so plan on new ones.
