Description

Tame driveline shake and keep the transmission securely located with the Anchor Transmission Mount 2986, the LEFT-position mount for the 2000-2011 Ford Focus and 2010-2013 Ford Transit Connect. It helps support and locate the transmission while isolating the vibration and torque loads that would otherwise reach the chassis.

Supports and dampens: cushions the transmission and limits its movement, reducing vibration felt through the vehicle.
OE-standard engineering: designed to OE standards using a CAD/CAM process for consistent build quality.
Durable rubber: molded from natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life.
Strong rubber-to-metal bond: Chemlock® bonding agent locks the rubber to the metal for a secure bond.

The rubber is manufactured to specific Durometer (hardness) measurements based on the vehicle application. If a worn or separated left transmission mount is behind vibration at idle or movement under acceleration and shifting, the 2986 replaces it. Diagnose the cause before ordering.
