Beck/Arnley 158-0832 mass air flow sensor for the 1992-1996 Mitsubishi Diamante V6 3.0L, the 1997-2004 Diamante V6 3.5L and other vehicles measures the air flowing into the engine. The engine computer uses that reading to work out how much fuel to add.
