Power the windshield wipers with the A1 CARDONE Remanufactured Windshield Wiper Motor 40-2002 (also written 402002), a direct-fit replacement for a wide range of Ford trucks and chassis. CARDONE built its first remanufactured wiper motors back in 1970, and every unit is re-engineered, built and tested to match O.E. performance.

• Tested to the O.E. standard: main components — armature, field, bearing, parking switch or pulse board — are tested or gauged against the O.E. standard, then the finished motor is checked for each of its functions on the vehicle.
• Rebuilt bearings and fresh lube: every motor bearing is re-impregnated or replaced as needed, and lubrication is applied to the output gear to support load capacity and long life.
• Restored electricals: weak solder points are 100% reflowed and the motor magnets are 100% recharged for reliable operation.
• Earth-friendly reman: the remanufacturing process cuts the energy and raw material needed versus building a new part by 80%.

As a remanufactured Original Equipment part, it is designed to install and operate like the factory motor. Signs the original wiper motor may need replacing include wipers that sweep slowly, quit working, or fail to park in the correct position.
