This rear caliper piston is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 2005-2011 Audi A6, 2005-2011 Audi A6 Quattro, 2020-2022 Ford Explorer, and 2020-2021 Honda Clarity (All engines). It transfers hydraulic brake-fluid pressure from the caliper bore out to the brake pad, pressing it against the rotor each time you apply the brakes.
