Delphi Steering Idler Arm P/N:TL498
Steady up loose, wandering steering with the Delphi Steering Idler Arm TA2406. As one half of a parallelogram steering linkage, the idler arm pivots to support the center link opposite the pitman arm, keeping the linkage level and the tie rods positioned so your steering inputs track true. It installs as a direct-fit replacement across the 1996-2002 Chevrolet Express 1500, 2500 and 3500, and the 1996-2002 GMC Savana 1500, 2500 and 3500.
Delphi applies its OE steering expertise to this aftermarket unit, with signs of a worn arm including excess play in the wheel, vehicle wander and uneven tire wear.
Delphi supplies the accessories needed to complete the job. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment.
