Mounted at the wheel, it converts brake-line fluid pressure into the outward force that pushes the shoes against the drum. It is a direct-fit replacement cataloged for the front-left or rear-left position and was engineered to match the fit, function and performance of the original wheel cylinder on classic Chevrolet and GMC applications, including the 1955-1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, One-Fifty Series and Two-Ten Series, 1957 Corvette and Del Ray, 1959 Bel Air, Biscayne, Brookwood and Impala, 1960-1963 C10 Pickup, 1964-1965 G10 Van and 1964-1965 GMC G1500 (All engines).
