Put firm hydraulic pressure back into your drum brakes with the Dorman - First Stop Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder (P/N W37152). When the master cylinder sends brake fluid to the wheel, this cylinder's internal cups push outward to force the brake shoes against the drum. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement across a wide range of 1970-1983 Ford medium-duty trucks, and is cataloged in front-lower and several rear positions depending on the application.

Built to slot in like the original wheel cylinder on the listed applications, it is manufactured and tested for quality assurance.

• Bore & inlet: 1.625 in inside diameter with a 3/8-24 in inlet thread.
• Cast iron body: paired with high-quality EPDM rubber cups and boots for long-lasting performance.
• Bore prepared to seal: the cylinder bore is surface-tested to provide an optimum sealing surface for the pressure cups.
• Note: bleeder screw and bleeder screw cap are not included.
