Convert hydraulic line pressure into the force that pushes the brake shoes outward against the drum with the Dorman First Stop Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder W37841, a direct-fit rear drum-brake replacement for the 1987-1988, 1990-1991 and 2001-2002 Toyota 4Runner; the 1987-1990, 1991 and 1992-1995 Toyota Pickup; the 1993-1994 Toyota T100; and the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma (all engines).
