This cable transmits the mechanical pull from the parking brake lever to the rear brake mechanism, and Dorman engineers and tests it against the original cable's fit, function and performance for the specific listed vehicles. It installs in the rear right position on the 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 and on the 1995 and 1997-1999 Dodge Ram 3500 (all engines).
