Dorman - OE Solutions Window Motor and Regulator Assembly P/N:741-741
Dorman 741-411 front right window regulator with motor for the 1989-1995 BMW 525i and other vehicles raises and lowers the door glass. This Dorman power window motor and regulator assembly helps restore original equipment function when a factory unit fails.
A faulty window switch, blown fuse or damaged door wiring can also be behind a slow window or one that stops partway, so find the cause before buying. If the regulator or motor is at fault, this assembly replaces both.
The 1989-1995 BMW 525i takes one on the front right; the front left is a separate part. Vehicles it fits include the 1994-1995 BMW 530i and the 1994-1995 BMW 540i, and it is a direct replacement for each of them. If your BMW is a different model or year, look it up in the "Vehicles it fits" section to see whether this part fits it.

This part cross-references / interchanges with the following part numbers:
Is this Dorman window regulator the right one for the 1994-1995 BMW 530i?
Yes. Dorman 741-411 is the front right unit for the 1994-1995 BMW 530i, and that car takes one.
Is the Dorman window motor sold apart from the regulator here?
No. This front right unit supplies the motor and the regulator together, so there is no separate motor to order with it.
Does the Dorman window regulator with motor come with mounting bolts?
No. Dorman 741-411 comes as one window regulator with motor, with no mounting hardware or instructions. The original bolts may not be reusable, so plan on new ones.
Do Dorman power window motors like this one have embedded logic?
No. The motor in this assembly is not micro-controlled, so it has no embedded logic, and its gear material is plastic.
What signs can mean a window regulator and motor assembly on the front right door is failing?
A grinding or clicking noise from the door, or a window that will not stay up, can mean the regulator or motor is worn. This assembly replaces both in one unit.
