Tame powertrain shake and keep the engine located with the Anchor Engine Mount 10108, a rear-position mount that supports the engine and dampens vibration. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2016-2022 Lexus RX350 and the 2018-2022 Lexus RX350L — see the Buyer's Guide tab to confirm the engine for your vehicle.

Supports and isolates: helps support and locate the powertrain while damping the vibration that would otherwise transfer into the chassis.
Engineered to OE standards: designed using a CAD/CAM engineering process for consistent quality.
Durable rubber: uses natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life; a Chemlock® bonding agent creates a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Application-tuned: the rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application, and any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts.
