Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier P/N:33564
Keep moisture and debris out of your A/C loop with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier 83184, an aluminum filter drier with a pad mount that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1994-1998 SAAB 900, 1994-1998 SAAB 900 SERIES, 1999-2002 SAAB 9-3, and 1999-2002 SAAB 9-3_ (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details). It houses a desiccant that captures moisture and traps contaminants circulating through the system — debris that flushing alone cannot remove, which is why the drier is replaced whenever the A/C is opened for service.
An open or leaking system can saturate the desiccant within hours, making the drier ineffective — replacement is also required to validate many compressor warranties and should be done any time the system is serviced.
