Description

Help heated and cooled air blend the way your temperature controls intend with the Four Seasons Blend Door Kit, part number 73482. It replaces a cracked or broken blend door inside the HVAC housing with a new plastic door. It fits many vehicles, among them the 1997-2003 Ford F-150, 1997-2002 Ford Expedition and 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage with all engines, as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications; see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.

A blend door moves inside the housing to send air through or around the heater core, mixing heated and cooled air to reach the temperature selected on the dash. If a failed door is why your vents blow only hot or only cold, this kit replaces it.
