Keep conditioned air moving to the back of the cabin with the Four Seasons blower motor 35490, a direct-fit replacement for the rear blower position on the 1986-1989 Ford Aerostar. It spins the blower wheel that pushes air through the rear HVAC system. If a failed rear motor is why that airflow has stopped, this unit replaces it.
This single-shaft, closed blower motor is listed for CW/CCW rotation. It ships without the blower wheel, so transfer or replace the wheel as directed by the service procedure.

Signs the rear blower motor may need replacing include no airflow from the rear vents at any fan setting, weak airflow, or squealing or grinding from the motor.
