This motor drives the blower wheel that pushes air through the HVAC unit and out to the cabin. Four Seasons engineers and tests its motors for dependable operation, and backs them with more than 50 years of mobile A/C experience.
- Design and performance: Built to match or better the O.E. design and performance.
- Magnetics: Magnetic size and properties compare to or exceed the OEM motor.
- Windings: Windings built to OEM specifications or better.
- Motor speed: RPM equal to or higher than the OEM motor.
Rear position, no wheel: The catalog lists 35545 as a rear blower motor. The blower wheel is not included, so transfer the existing wheel or source a new one as the service procedure directs.
Signs this part may need replacing: weak or no airflow from the rear vents, intermittent blower operation, or squealing and grinding from the blower. A fuse, resistor, switch or wiring fault can cause the same symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the motor.
