Description

Keep coolant moving between the radiator and engine with the Gates Molded Coolant Hose 23022, a molded lower coolant hose that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2005 Chevrolet Classic (L4-2.2L). Pre-shaped to route into place and seal correctly without trimming.

EPDM construction: an EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement under a heat-, ozone- and chemical-coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
Holds its shape under load: specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum.
Resists degradation: engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
Standards: meets the requirements of SAE 20R4 class D2 and DIN 73411 class A (except for tolerances).

The hose carries a centerline length of 22.9 in (582 mm) with 1.31 in (33 mm) inside-diameter ends, and operates from -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).
