Keep coolant moving between the radiator and engine with the Gates Radiator Coolant Hose 52187, a premium molded GATES rad hose that installs as a direct-fit upper radiator hose for the 2015-2018 Freightliner MT45 and 2015-2018 Freightliner MT55 with the V8-6.0L engine. It's cataloged for the upper radiator-to-engine position and is pre-shaped so it seats in the factory routing without trimming or forcing.
