Match your engine's cooling to the load with the Hayden Severe Duty Thermal Fan Clutch 2776, a reverse-rotation thermal fan drive that fits the 2001-2005 Ford Explorer (V6-4.0L; V8-4.6L on 2002-2005), 2001-2003 Ford Explorer Sport (V6-4.0L), 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac (V6-4.0L), 2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator (V8-4.6L), and 2001-2005 Mercury Mountaineer (V6-4.0L and V8-4.6L). A thermal fan clutch senses radiator air temperature and engages the fan when the engine runs hot, then lets it freewheel as things cool to cut drag and fan noise.

Severe-duty thermal drive: reverse (REV) rotation, non-electronic thermal operation, designed, tested, and built by application.
Aluminum build: precision-machined aluminum with a raw aluminum finish and a 6.45 in overall diameter.
HEX mount: HEX mounting type with 4 bolt holes and M6 x 1.0 threads.
