It fits many vehicles, among them the 1999-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 1999 Chevrolet C1500 and 1999-2007 GMC Sierra 1500. Signs this part may need replacing include weak or no airflow from the vents, a fan that works only on and off, and squealing or grinding from the dash while the fan runs. A blower resistor, switch or wiring fault can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the motor.
