KYB Coil Spring Insulator P/N:SM5440

Quiet a rattling, buzzing rear suspension with the KYB coil spring insulator SM5440, a direct-fit replacement for the rear lower spring seat position on the 2000-2013 Chevrolet Impala, 2000-2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 1997-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, 1997-2005 Buick Century and 1998-2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. It cushions the coil spring against the suspension seat, isolating the metal-to-metal contact that produces squeaks, rattles and road-borne vibration as the original insulator ages and hardens.
