LuK Transmission Clutch Kit P/N:05-196
LuK 07-196 transmission clutch kit for the 2003-2007 Ford Focus 4-cylinder 2.3L and the 2004-2011 Focus 4-cylinder 2.0L links the engine to the transmission so the car can pull away and change gears. The clutch disc releases from the flywheel when you press the pedal.
A slipping clutch, trouble getting into gear or a pedal that feels different can mean the clutch is worn. Before replacing it, check the clutch fluid level with the engine off and look for fluid on the ground where the car parks, since a hydraulic leak can show up the same way. A shop can test the rest.
This kit is a direct-fit replacement for the 2003-2007 Ford Focus 4-cylinder 2.3L and the 2004-2011 Focus 4-cylinder 2.0L, and one kit covers the car.
