It helps support and locate the transmission while isolating vibration and limiting powertrain movement, so the assembly stays planted through acceleration, deceleration, and shifting.
Supports and dampens: holds the transmission in position and absorbs vibration for a smoother, quieter driveline.
Purpose-built rubber: molded from natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for lasting service.
Strong rubber-to-metal bond: Chemlock® bonding agent locks the rubber to the metal for a superior bond that stands up to load.
Application-tuned hardness: the rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application.
Engineered and designed to OE standards using a CAD/CAM process for consistent quality. Signs the original mount may need replacing include clunking on acceleration or deceleration, vibration felt at idle, and cracked or separated rubber. If a worn rear transmission mount is the cause, this replaces it.
