Built for vehicles that work hard, Mevotech TTX tie rods link the steering linkage to the steering knuckle so steering input reaches the wheel. The Mevotech TTX TXMS40609 is a front left outer tie rod end and a direct-fit replacement for the 2007-2014 Ford Edge and 2007-2015 Lincoln MKX.

- Larger sphere design: An application-specific ball stud system uses a larger sphere.
- Easy install and service: A part-specific slotted castle nut and easy snap cotter pin are provided to secure the ball joint to the vehicle. A 180 degree SAE grease fitting is included for servicing, and pre-applied nylok thread adhesive helps keep fasteners secure and vibration resistant.
A worn steering tie rod end may cause play or looseness in the steering, wandering, clunking when turning, or uneven tire wear. These signs can have other causes, so inspect the steering and suspension before you replace parts. A wheel alignment is recommended after installation.
