Keep steering response tight and predictable with the MOOG Chassis tie rod end ES3525, a front left outer unit from the QuickSteer line that is designed and tested to help restore steering and handling to their original performance. This steering tie rod end is designed for OE fit and function. As the outer link in the steering linkage, it connects to the steering knuckle and passes your steering input to the front wheel. MOOG builds it from forged alloy steel for durability.

• Patented pressed-in cover plate: Seals out debris and minimizes looseness, which reduces bearing wear and promotes longer life. A premium boot also helps keep contaminants out.
• Greaseable socket: Lets new lubricant flush contaminants out, which helps reduce corrosion and wear.
• Problem Solver Gusher bearing: Its metal-to-metal design provides strength and lets grease flow through the bearing surface to reduce friction. A Belleville preload washer helps keep the bearing package tight as the bearings wear.
• Heat-treated ball studs: Treated to match or exceed OE requirements to inhibit premature failure and improve fatigue strength.

Precision tolerances are intended to make installation and steering alignment easier. MOOG engineers test the part throughout design and development. Loose or wandering steering, clunking when you turn, or uneven tire wear are signs a worn outer tie rod end may need replacing. Inspect the steering system to confirm the cause before you replace any parts, and have a wheel alignment checked after installation.
