This cap is manufactured by an OE supplier with OEM-quality materials and to OEM safety standards. Specially designed pressure and vacuum relief valves are intended to keep fuel from evaporating. A leaking fuel cap can let as much as 30 gallons of gasoline evaporate over the course of a year.
