$172.99

Clamp your pads to the rotor with the Nugeon brake caliper 99-00645A, a remanufactured front right disc brake caliper that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2012-2021 Nissan NV1500, 2012-2021 Nissan NV2500, 2012-2021 Nissan NV3500, and the 2016-2024 Nissan Titan XD. Each unit is a floating cast-iron caliper that hydraulically presses the brake pads against the rotor when you apply the pedal.

  • Piston setup: two phenolic pistons, 57 mm (2.24 in) outside diameter.
  • Finish: natural-color housing with a rust-preventative finish.
  • Included: mounting bracket, caliper slides, dust boots, bleeder screw with cap, crush washers, a banjo bolt inlet fitting, and caliper/pad hardware.
  • Not included: brake pads, anti-squeal shims, wear sensors, and bracket mounting bolts — consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners and whether they may be reused.

If a seized, leaking, or sticking caliper is the cause of uneven pad wear, a soft pedal, or brake drag, this remanufactured unit replaces it. Sold individually; for balanced braking, service the caliper on the opposite side as a matched pair. Made in Mexico.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vehicles does this Nugeon caliper fit?

It is a direct-fit replacement for the 2012-2021 Nissan NV1500, NV2500, and NV3500, plus the 2016-2024 Nissan Titan XD. See the Buyer's Guide tab to confirm your exact vehicle.

Is this a front or rear caliper?

It is cataloged as the front right disc brake caliper for the listed applications.

Does this Nugeon brake caliper come with brake pads?

No. Brake pads, anti-squeal shims, and wear sensors are not included. It does include the mounting bracket, caliper slides, dust boots, bleeder screw with cap, crush washers, and caliper/pad hardware.

How many pistons does this caliper have?

It uses two phenolic pistons, each with a 57 mm (2.24 in) outside diameter, in a floating cast-iron housing.

Do I need to replace both calipers at once?
