Pioneer Automotive Industries Speedometer Cable P/N:CA-3037
Carry drive rotation to your speedometer and odometer with the Pioneer Automotive Industries Speedometer Cable CA-3153. It is a direct-fit replacement for the 1972-1974 Nissan 620 Pickup and the 1975-1979 Nissan 620. The cable links the drive source to the speedometer head, turning continuously so the gauge can display vehicle speed and the odometer can log distance. If a worn, kinked or broken cable is the cause of a dead or erratic speedometer, this cable replaces it.
Signs a speedometer cable may need replacing: a needle that bounces, flickers or reads zero; an odometer that stops advancing; or a ticking or whining noise from behind the instrument cluster. The gauge or drive gear can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the cable.
