Soak up rocks, ruts, and highway miles with the Rancho RS7MT Suspension Shock Absorber (RS77328), an application-tuned monotube damper for the rear suspension. This Rancho shock absorber drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler and the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, giving your Jeep Wrangler shock absorber a monotube build engineered for on- and off-road handling.

  • Monotube valving: Deflective Disc Valving with digressive, linear, or progressive tuning based on application requirements, in a large 2-in. monotube body that dissipates heat for cooler operation and larger wheel and tire packages.
  • Strong and durable: 14 mm hardened chrome piston rod that resists scuffs and corrosion, double-welded loops at stress areas, a double-strength closure method, and a hot-form reserve tube.
  • Fade control: a full-floating dividing piston and high-pressure nitrogen gas hold constant pressure against the hydraulic oil, reducing aeration and shock fade, with all-weather fluid rated to withstand internal temperatures of -40 to 248°F.
  • Smooth and sealed: internal rebound bumper and shouldered rubber bushings help reduce noise, vibration, and harshness, a PTFE-banded 46 mm fluon-banded piston aids consistent sealing, and an integrated dirt wiper helps keep moisture, dirt, and debris out of the oil.

Application-specific mounting installs without sleeves or extra hardware. Finished in black satin with the Rancho red logo; for extra protection, add shock boot RS1952 or RS1961. Backed by Rancho's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
