Description

Open and hold your hatch with a smooth, controlled motion using the Stabilus Liftgate Lift Support 4B-814551, a gas-charged lift support with dynamic speed control. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2006-2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse and the 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications. When a worn support can no longer hold the liftgate up or opens with a jerk, this Lift-O-Mat unit is designed to restore proper, damped operation.

Dynamic damping speed control: creates a fluid opening motion with no bouncing or jerking during cycling.
