Description

Open your trunk with a smooth, controlled motion using the Stabilus Trunk Lid Lift Support 4B-197439 (also written 4B197439). This 18.56-inch gas-charged lift support drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2010-2013 INFINITI G37 and 2014-2015 INFINITI Q60 — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details. It uses Stabilus Lift-O-Mat dynamic damping and an internal compression spring to help release the trunk lid off the latch for a fluid, refined opening.

Dynamic damping speed control: a groove pressed into the tube wall meters gas flow around the piston for a fluid opening motion with no bouncing or jerking, and narrows toward the end of the stroke for a gentle, controlled stop.
Internal compression spring: compresses in the closed position to give an added boost that lifts the lid off the latch when released.
Corrosion-resistant coatings: part coatings tested to automotive standards for corrosion resistance.
Based on the OE design to ensure proper fit, form and function; easy to install with no special tools.
