Signs this part may need replacing: back-up lights that stay off in reverse, stay on after you shift out of reverse, or work only intermittently. Bulbs, fuses and wiring can cause the same symptoms, so diagnose the circuit first. If the switch is the cause, the LS-221 replaces it.
