Standard Ignition Fuel Pressure Regulator Service Kit P/N:PRU1
Standard Motor Products
Standard Ignition FPW1 fuel pressure warning light kit for the 1998-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 6-cylinder 5.9L and other vehicles is used with a warning light to alert the driver to a fuel pressure problem.
A warning light that stays on, flickers or never comes on can have more than one cause, and the switch is only one place to look. Before replacing the kit, look over the switch, its two terminals and the wiring with the engine off and cool for cracks, fuel seepage or corrosion. A test with the engine running, or one that opens a fuel line, is a job for a shop. If the kit itself is at fault, this one replaces it.
It fits the 1998-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 6-cylinder 5.9L and the 1998-2007 Dodge Ram 3500 6-cylinder 5.9L.
