An HVAC blower motor connector carries current between the wiring harness and the blower motor, which moves air through the heating and A/C system. Signs this part may need replacing include a melted or discolored housing, corroded terminals, or a blower that works only intermittently or not at all. The blower motor, its speed control or other wiring can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the circuit before replacing anything. If a damaged connector is the cause, the S3218 replaces it.
