Capture fuel-tank vapor and hold it until the engine can burn it with the Standard Ignition CP3316 fuel vapor canister. It is a direct-fit OE replacement for the 2012-2017 Jeep Compass (L4-2.0L, L4-2.4L), the 2012-2017 Jeep Patriot (L4-2.0L, L4-2.4L) and the 2012 Dodge Caliber (L4-2.0L).

The canister is part of the evaporative emission (EVAP) system. It collects fuel vapor from the tank so the vapor does not vent, then releases it to the engine to be burned. If a failed canister is behind an EVAP fault on your vehicle, this unit replaces it and comes with a new ESIM module.

  • OE-matched connections: The direct-fit design uses an OE-matched connector and terminals for correct performance and easier installation.
  • Durable housing: Designed to handle temperature swings and exposure to chemicals and debris.
  • All-in-one repair: A new ESIM module is included, and so is the filter element.
  • Tested for the job: Specially engineered for higher-mileage Chrysler vehicles and put through extensive lab and on-vehicle testing, so the complex evaporative emission system can operate as the OE intended.

Specifications: Black finish, 10.9-inch length, 2 ports, 2 hose connectors and 1 female electrical connector. The listed applications use one canister. Country of origin: Taiwan.
