Standard Ignition Windshield Wiper Switch P/N:DS-1060
Take charge of your windshield wipers with the Standard Ignition Windshield Wiper Switch DS-577, the control you use to run the wipers from the driver's seat. It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 1980-1991 Ford Bronco, 1980-1991 Ford F-150, 1980-1991 Ford F-250 and 1980-1991 Ford F-350, the 1980-1983 Ford F-100, and the 1988 and 1990-1991 Ford F-Super Duty. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.
The windshield wiper switch sends the driver's commands to the wiper system. It may need replacing if the wipers don't respond to the switch, work only intermittently, respond on some settings but not others, or won't shut off. Fuses, wiring and the wiper motor can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the wiper circuit before you replace anything. If a failed switch is the cause, DS-577 replaces it.

Is the DS-577 tested before it ships?
Yes. Standard tests 100% of its parts to verify both mechanical and electrical switching performance.
What are the switch's conductors made of?
The DS-577 uses copper alloy conductors, which provide electrical conductivity with low resistive losses.
