Front Lower Ball Joint for 2003-2013 Ram 2500 & More - Mevotech TTX TXK7467

This front lower suspension ball joint links the lower control arm to the steering knuckle, so the wheel can steer and travel with the suspension. • Toughness: Patented sintered bearings are built into the joint and designed for maximum toughness.
• Hardware provided: A part-specific slotted castle nut and an easy snap cotter pin secure the joint to the vehicle. An extended 180 SAE grease fitting is also included for servicing.
• Sealing: The Integri-Boot design is built into the assembly to help keep moisture and contaminants out.
• Fit and grip: A thicker, stronger flange is designed to resist deformation during installation and to press fit accurately into the larger flange diameter. Pre-applied nylok thread adhesive helps keep fasteners secure and resistant to vibration. Knurling gives a snugger fit between connecting points to help avoid distortion and corrosion.

Signs a lower ball joint may need replacing include clunking or knocking over bumps, loose or wandering steering, uneven tire wear and noticeable play at the wheel. If a worn ball joint is the cause, TXK7467 replaces it. Inspect the front end first, because other parts can cause similar symptoms.
