The control arm locates the wheel and pivots on its integrated ball joint as the suspension moves. Worn control arm bushings or a loose ball joint can cause clunking over bumps, uneven tire wear, or loose steering; if a failed arm is the cause, this assembly replaces it. Sold individually — order two to replace both sides as a matched pair.
