Walker Products Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor P/N:225-91030
Walker Products 225-1279 manifold absolute pressure sensor for the 2008-2011 Mitsubishi Lancer 4-cylinder 2.0L, the 2009-2011 Lancer 4-cylinder 2.4L and other vehicles measures the pressure inside the intake manifold and reports it to the engine computer. The computer uses that reading, along with other inputs, to work out how much fuel to deliver.
A failing manifold absolute pressure sensor can show up as a check engine light, rough running or poor fuel economy. These signs alone do not prove the sensor is at fault, since a leak in the intake can give similar symptoms.
This OE replacement sensor also fits the 2008-2009 Mitsubishi Outlander V6 3.0L, the 2008-2011 Outlander 4-cylinder 2.4L and the 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 3.8L. If your vehicle is not one of these, find it in the "Vehicles it fits" section on this page.
