It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for many vehicles, among them the 1989-1993 Dodge D250 5.9L, 1989-1993 Dodge D350 5.9L and 1989-1993 Dodge W250 5.9L (see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list), mounting to the bottom of the block to hold the oil reservoir and route it back to the pickup between cycles.
